一般情況下，大家在找工作的時候，會選擇其中之一，但今天這位同學，她不僅拿下了年薪30w+的百度Offer，還拿到了交行總行金融科技等4個銀行和國企Offer。

她是怎么做到給自己儲備這么多選擇的？對于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和國企兩大行業(yè)，她又有什么新鮮的見解？讓我們一起來看看吧！

暑假期間我在百度實習。實習結(jié)束后，百度給我發(fā)了提前批的數(shù)據(jù)分析Offer，薪資是按照產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理崗位給的，有30多萬。

但是我最終拒絕了這個Offer。拒絕的原因說來也簡單：百度的這個數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位，工作內(nèi)容和我想象的不一樣。

我在百度做的數(shù)據(jù)分析比較偏業(yè)務，只需要把表格做分組什么的。用我們數(shù)學的話來說，他們的分析過程整個都是描述系統(tǒng)，把它進行簡單的求和、加減，然后按照他們的分析方法論進行分析。

但我想做的數(shù)據(jù)分析，我希望它有一些技術(shù)性，可能會建個模，能夠用一些數(shù)據(jù)科學的東西，而不是描述性統(tǒng)計的東西。

簡單概括一下就是，我想做偏技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析，而不是偏產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)分析。

在拒絕了百度以后，我就沒怎么再投互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，轉(zhuǎn)向了國企和銀行的投遞。

成果還不錯：最后拿到了一個郵儲銀行總行的信用卡中心數(shù)理統(tǒng)計Offer，一個股份制銀行總行的Offer，一個交通銀行總行的數(shù)據(jù)管理和應用部門Offer，一個國家電網(wǎng)子公司的Offer。

這幾個Offer中，有的崗位是955，工作量比較低；有的崗位則要加班到995。

像電網(wǎng)的子公司，面試官直接就跟我說他們要加班到晚上8點。而銀行，除了郵政銀行說會加班，其他銀行都不加，不過雖然郵政銀行加班，但它給的也比其他銀行要多，也算是多勞多得了。

拿了不同行業(yè)的Offer之后，我想和大家分享一下，關(guān)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和國企&銀行的一些招聘特點。

先說不同點：

首先就是難度上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的求職會比國企難度稍微大一點。

國企面試就真的是會按照你的簡歷來提問，然后根據(jù)你面試的崗位，問一些比較淺的東西。比如你面技術(shù)類，他就會問你一些科研經(jīng)歷用到的算法，學過的課程（我是數(shù)學專業(yè)的），跟他們這個崗位相關(guān)的一些優(yōu)化方法論相關(guān)課程的問題。

但是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，你要是面技術(shù)類崗位，他肯定給你挖很深很深，非得讓你表演個手撕代碼不可。你要是面產(chǎn)品，他根本就不問你簡歷上提到的科研經(jīng)歷什么的，直奔你的實習經(jīng)歷就開始提問了，時不時還會有一些發(fā)散性的問題。

再就是關(guān)注點上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會更注重你和崗位的匹配度，他們關(guān)心你的實習經(jīng)歷、實習內(nèi)容、你從實習中學到的東西和他的崗位是不是匹配。

而國企會更注重你的學歷、科研經(jīng)歷、在學校獲得的獎項榮譽等等。

再說相同點：

不管你是面國企銀行還是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，都需要你能熟練且有邏輯地說出自己的實習經(jīng)歷和科研經(jīng)歷。

這對于當時的我來說，確實是個難題。所以

每次面試前，思成導師都會給我出一個面試題list，先讓我自己準備，準備之后也會幫我指導，可以說是非常細心溫暖了。

此外，有的國企和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)一樣，面試時有一個淘汰率很高的環(huán)節(jié)——群面。這個肯定還是提前準備一下比較好，不僅僅是我這種典型的理工科同學需要提前學習準備，建議其他同學也重視起來，畢竟在找工作的時候，語言表達能力是非常重要的考察點！

我當時是在思成參加、圍觀了非常多的群面模擬，提前熟悉了群面的流程，練習了很多典型的群面題目。

更重要的是，參加思成模擬群面的同學都是特別厲害的，學歷好能力強，表達能力更是不用說了，僅僅是圍觀，都能從中學到很多，等到實際面試的時候，遇強則強，遇弱更強！

接下來我想和大家分享一下，這些Offer背后的故事。

看起來我拒絕百度那個30w+的Offer還挺瀟灑的是吧，覺得肯定是因為得到比較容易所以不珍惜？才不是，實際上，百度是我的第一份實習，也是最難找的一份。

難就難在，最開始的時候，天時地利人和，三大環(huán)境我一項不占。

想想看，如果說同專業(yè)的同學都很早就去實習了，你作為他們的同學，即使之前沒有意識到你應該去實習或者規(guī)劃，你可能也會隨大流而有所計劃。

但是我們學院，實習的是少數(shù)人，大部分同學都在學校里做自己的科研和課題。其實他們未來也并不都是要去深造的，但是環(huán)境影響了他們，他們也就成為了環(huán)境。

（也希望商科那些大部分同學都在實習的專業(yè)，還有思成，能多多去其他學院宣傳一下，讓更多不知道實習的同學，意識到應該早一點來做規(guī)劃。）

而我雖然沒有被完全同化，但也在所難免地感到了迷茫，想跳出這個環(huán)境但是又不知道該怎么跳，這時候，我想起了思成翔哥在我們學校做的新生演講，那給我留下了很深的印象，也讓我早早地關(guān)注了思成實習校招這個公眾號。

之前其實我一直想要讀博，所以，雖然關(guān)注了很長時間，但一直都沒有報名思成。

直到我慢慢意識到，做科研不是你感興趣而且努力就能做好的，有時候你整個課題組的平臺，包括老師、包括和你一起討論的同學，都是非常重要的。

但我是我們導師第一個學生。沒有師兄師姐，導師本身也不是我這個研究方向的，這就導致我得自己一個人做科研…

再加上我對自己的科研能力并不是那么有信心，所以我最終還是覺得自己得去找工作。

當確定要去找工作的時候，我看了一些面經(jīng)，也到處搜了一下求職相關(guān)的信息。對于我來說，我對于偏向技術(shù)性工作的興趣大于需要交流的工作，再結(jié)合我的專業(yè)，最終確定了數(shù)據(jù)分析這個方向。

我也加入了自己關(guān)注已久的思成。當時我就覺得，要找工作的話，可能得趕緊找實習，這種想法最后就變成：我現(xiàn)在非常需要一份實習。我希望思成能夠讓我快速找到一份實習，能在秋招里更有競爭力。

在思成，我先是做了幾個項目。這些項目在我找實習的過程中有很大的幫助，尤其是美團的項目。

在申請百度實習的時候一共要經(jīng)歷兩輪考察，一輪是面試，一輪是筆試。面試的時候百度面試官就重點關(guān)注了我做的美團這個項目，圍繞它問了很多問題，還問了我平時生活中使用的APP，讓我給他分析一下用戶體驗，了解我對于其他app的一些思考等等。

然后是筆試，當時給我發(fā)了一個數(shù)據(jù)分析的小項目，讓我做一個用戶畫像的數(shù)據(jù)分析PPT，然后發(fā)給他，兩輪考察結(jié)束，他們覺得我可以勝任這個工作，就給我發(fā)了Offer。

雖說我后來拒絕了百度的全職Offer，但僅僅是因為這個崗位和我未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃不太相符，我在百度的實習收獲還是很多的！

首先就是，我了解了企業(yè)ppt的審美標準。我們之前做學術(shù)的ppt要求都是簡潔明了，沒有好看這種要求。但我在實習過程中，項目組會有一個模板，有關(guān)于工作中ppt使用顏色、字號等等在視覺方面的要求。

此外，我也在實踐中提升了自己的業(yè)務水平。雖然是做一些描述性的統(tǒng)計，是偏產(chǎn)品方向的數(shù)據(jù)分析，但是因為數(shù)據(jù)量很大，也會用到Python什么的。

我之前學這些東西，其實更偏向理論，實踐得不少很多。而在實習的過程中，我不斷地處理數(shù)據(jù)、畫圖，在軟件應用方面也更熟練了。

而且，我們項目組經(jīng)常開會，我們項目組長經(jīng)常在分享過程中講一些數(shù)據(jù)分析的東西。雖然沒有那么技術(shù)向，但它也是業(yè)務方面的內(nèi)容，給了我很多收獲和思考。

同時我也覺得他表達能力好強，我對著ppt總覺得沒啥好說的，他就能侃侃而談…這也是我以后需要繼續(xù)鍛煉的地方

再次強調(diào)，一定要好好練習表達！

更重要的是，這個實習填補了我簡歷上實習經(jīng)歷上一欄的空白。后來，百度這個實習后來也成為了在銀行和國企面試中的談資，對于最終拿到Offer也有很大的幫助。

現(xiàn)在我也選了自己比較心儀的Offer入職了，最后我想給所有正在秋招中奮戰(zhàn)的同學一些小建議：

在整個秋招過程中，最難的點其實是保持好心態(tài)。不要焦慮，做好自己該做的事情，結(jié)果就會順其自然。要是一直都處于焦慮之中，就很難把事情做好。

當你覺得焦慮的時候，煩躁的情緒可以通過跟自己的朋友、家人傾訴來緩解；在找工作遇到瓶頸的時候，可以跟思成的導師多溝通，聽一聽他們的建議。

我印象很深刻，那段時間我要畢業(yè)，求職又非常緊張，焦慮得感覺頭上都冒火。這時候，我就會打電話跟我的求職導師聊天，或者讓求職導師帶著我一起準備實習。

打電話過程中，求職導師大大咧咧的，很是能讓我放松，她的語氣語調(diào)總能神奇地帶給我正能量。

除了打電話，我還找了其他解壓的方式，比如在通勤的路上多聽歌，如果有條件可以運動的話，我覺得效果也能不錯。

還有就是不要多想，專心做自己該做的事。我對自己說，反正思成的老師會給我布置課程，只要我準備了項目，實習工作論文都按部就班地搞定，最后肯定會有工作的，就不用考慮那么多。

最后的最后，我想告訴大家，你在做一件事覺得它很難的時候，不要懷疑自己。秋招被拒也好、沒有回信也好，都是正常的。

要知道，你看到的短短兩行定理，可能是某個數(shù)學家用一輩子心血才證明出來的。用自己的努力和付出去學習別人的心血，也是提升自己的很好的方式。

站在巨人的肩膀上，一定能摘到比僅靠一己之力得到的更甜美的果實。就像獲取更加專業(yè)的幫助，一定能拿到比之前更好的Offer~

可能有不少童靴都不太清楚王志綱是何許人也。

但實際上，他是個超級有分量的嘉賓。

23 歲從蘭大畢業(yè)后，王志綱在新華社做了 10 年記者，曾進入中南海匯報工作，還采訪過中國所有省長。

在 90 年代市場經(jīng)濟大潮下，他拋下了鐵飯碗，辭職下海，專職做城市戰(zhàn)略咨詢。

很多大企業(yè)都找他“出謀劃策”，他成為改革開放后，中國整個發(fā)展歷程的重要見證人、參與者。

現(xiàn)如今，在政商圈里有所成就的人，幾乎都知道王志綱，他被譽為“中國民間智庫的拓荒者”，也是中國咨詢顧問界的標桿人物。

在直播結(jié)尾，董宇輝請王志綱給初高中的孩子們一些建議，王志綱說了一段話，給我留下了非常深刻的印象：

第 1 句話：服從內(nèi)心

父母親要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的天分。尺有所長，寸有所短。不要讓孩子成為什么都具備的通才，要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的特長。

第 2 句話：重視興趣

孩子的興趣是與天分聯(lián)合在一起的，要把興趣給他找到。

第 3 句話：一專多能

就是在保證他長板的時候，再補充其他的通識知識。千萬不要成為老師手里的工具，為了成為完美的人，最后啥都去學，這是不可能的。

任正非有句話說得很精彩，“通才就是蠢才”。這句話絕對了一點，但是對的。

管理學講的是補短板，戰(zhàn)略不是，戰(zhàn)略是找長板。你沒有長板，別人憑什么跟你合作？

教育也是這樣，家長就是要發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子天分和興趣，并幫助他們?nèi)ネ瓿傻囊粋€過程。

他的這些話表面上是給初高中生提出的建議，但其實更像是說給家長聽的，帶給我很多啟發(fā)。

最近，我一直在思考這些問題，王志綱老師這三句話和我的觀點不謀而合。

今天，我想深度解析一下，正好回應在之前的文章里（多少孩子被毀掉，都是因為父母誤信了這句話?。?，和童靴們沒有聊完的，關(guān)于“天賦”的話題。

“戰(zhàn)略找長板，管理補短板”

記得大寶還小的時候，有一個暑假帶他去北戴河玩，在酒店里遇到一個小女孩，年紀比他稍大一些，兩個人很快就玩在了一起。

聊天的時候，小女孩告訴我們：“我上學了，特別忙。放學后，星期一學英語、星期二跳舞、星期三彈鋼琴、星期四書法、星期五打乒乓球、星期六還得學英語，只有星期天休息。”

這絕對不是個例，我身邊就有不少朋友什么班都想給孩子報，美名其曰“要培養(yǎng)通才”。

原因很簡單，我們這一代從小都是聽著木桶效應長大的，在我們的觀念里，一個人不可以有短板，就像一只木桶如果想要盛滿水，必須每塊木板都一樣平齊且沒有破損。

所以，我們總想著把孩子打造成全能的人，什么都要學。

比如，興趣愛好對孩子來說本來應該是“我要學”，卻因為什么都要學，而變成了“要我學，逼我學”，往往最后什么都沒學成。

但現(xiàn)在，我們早已從“短板時代”，走向了“長板時代”。

企業(yè)如此。

以前的企業(yè)大多追求”大而全、小而全“，什么都想做、什么都要做。

但在競爭越來越激烈的現(xiàn)在，絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)放棄了這種不現(xiàn)實的戰(zhàn)略，開始”聚焦“，放棄不擅長的業(yè)務，專注最擅長的事情。在少數(shù)幾個點上做精做深，構(gòu)建具有可持續(xù)競爭力的核心能力。

人也是一樣，沒有人能面面俱到，啥啥都強。

相比”行行通，行行松“，在特定領(lǐng)域具備超越其他人的知識和能力，型塑個人超強的長板、別人沒有的核心能力，更有價值。

孩子的長板，才是他個人競爭力的基礎、長期安身立命的飯碗。發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮孩子長板優(yōu)勢，解決的即是孩子成長的戰(zhàn)略問題。

戰(zhàn)略問題定下來后，我們再去思考怎么彌補孩子的短板，支撐孩子更好發(fā)揮長板、減少對優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮的消極影響，這就是“管理”需要解決的問題了。

于是不難理解，為什么王志綱老師會說：“在保證長板的時候，再補充其他的通識的知識?！?/span>

這里，我給大家講一個運動員的故事。

他就是菲爾普斯，這位泳壇傳奇人物，在其職業(yè)生涯中，共計奪得 23 金 3 銀 2 銅，成為奧運歷史上獲得獎牌及金牌最多的運動員，也是北京奧運會的“八金王”。

但很少有人知道，他曾被醫(yī)生診斷患有注意力缺陷障礙多動癥（ADHD)，癥狀是身體活動過度、控制不佳、粗心大意、易出事故，同時伴有認知、運動、語言發(fā)育的延遲。

父母離異后，菲爾普斯跟著媽媽生活，他的媽媽并沒有像大多數(shù)父母那樣，糾結(jié)于他的短板，沒有把 ADHD 看作“大麻煩”，而是盡力鼓勵他發(fā)展自己的長處。

雖然 ADHD 嚴重影響了他的學習成績，但他和兩個姐姐都遺傳了父親的運動天賦，從小就熱愛各種體育項目，尤其喜歡棒球、橄欖球和曲棍球。

母親非常支持他開展各種體育運動，而且還讓他跟著姐姐一起去俱樂部學習游泳，在學習的過程中被教練發(fā)現(xiàn)了驚人的游泳天賦。

教練找到菲爾普斯的媽媽，告訴她，菲爾普斯是多么適合游泳這項運動。之后在媽媽的說服下，菲爾普斯忍痛放棄了其他愛好，選擇專攻游泳。

后面的事情我們都知道了，菲爾普斯成為耀眼的泳壇巨星，站在了一個時代的頂端。

我想，菲爾普斯的媽媽，肯定也會想方設法幫助他緩解ADHD帶來的負面影響。

但這不會是她養(yǎng)育的戰(zhàn)略重點，發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮菲爾普斯體育優(yōu)勢能力才是。補短板的意義在于，是為了幫助他更好地發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢。

長板在哪里？兩大要素

前段時間，有個學生來咨詢考研的事情，她問：企業(yè)管理專業(yè)和會計專業(yè)哪個更好？

我沒有回答她的問題，轉(zhuǎn)過來問她：你已經(jīng)學了一些管理和會計的課程，你對哪些課更有感覺？你更喜歡哪些？

她想了半天沒有回答，繼續(xù)問我：老師，哪個專業(yè)更好找工作？

于是，我給她講了一個故事。

我認識一個年輕朋友，現(xiàn)在是一名日語翻譯，已經(jīng)翻譯出版過幾部暢銷小說。

但熟悉他的朋友都知道，他是一名工科生，而且沒有日本留學經(jīng)歷。之所以能夠擁有很強的聽說讀寫能力，居然是因為小時候喜歡玩電子游戲。

那時候，電子游戲里各種提示、對話基本上都是日語的，沒有漢化版，如果想通關(guān)，就要能讀懂、聽懂日語。為了打好游戲，他硬是自學了日語。

在學習日語的過程中，他學得很快，還很有領(lǐng)悟力，才學了幾個月就可以閱讀日語原版小說，這才發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的語言天賦。

后來機緣巧合，他上大學時接到了一份兼職翻譯工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)完成一個翻譯作品帶給他的成就感，超過了其他所有事情。

翻譯這件事就是將他的天分和興趣結(jié)合在一起的那個點。自此，他慢慢走上了職業(yè)翻譯的道路。

現(xiàn)在，他的事業(yè)發(fā)展的很好，他也很享受這份工作。

我給學生講這個故事，是想告訴她：即使站在風口上，也不是每頭豬都能飛起來的。與其去抓一個自己無法控制的風口，不如靜下心來，想想自己的優(yōu)勢和興趣在哪里；想想你自己在哪里更能創(chuàng)造價值，在哪里更能獲得成就感和幸福感。

我很同意英國教育學家肯·羅賓遜爵士的觀點，天賦是天資和熱愛的完美結(jié)合，兩者共同決定了哪塊板才是孩子的長板。

而發(fā)現(xiàn)天賦、找到長板，孩子即將開啟幸福感的大門。

就像王志綱老師說的一樣：

做自己感興趣的事，做自己有感覺的事，持之以恒地做好這個事！

最后，成功是順帶的結(jié)果，不成功也問心無愧。

成功這個玩意，我們很多人奔著成功去，我這個人一輩子從來不追求成功，我認為它是順帶的結(jié)果，就是叫做褒貶自有春秋，俯仰無愧天地！

你把事情做好就行了，其它是別人的事，跟你沒關(guān)系！

“孩子不是沒有天賦，而是你故意看不見”

之前和大家聊天賦，被問最多的問題是：怎么發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的天賦？我家孩子好像啥也不擅長……

真的是這樣嗎？還是我們看不見，甚至是故意視而不見？

前幾天看到的一則新聞，一位媽媽在網(wǎng)上曬出了兒子（正在上初中）的艦船手繪草稿。

不僅有精巧的裝備設計，一筆一畫都很精準，甚至還構(gòu)建出一整個世界觀設定框架，規(guī)模巨大的同時，對細節(jié)的把控也非常到位。

網(wǎng)友看到后，都驚呼太牛了，更有人直接喊話讓“大佬”快出書。

他的手稿甚至還得到了中國航天科工防御技術(shù)研究院、中國船舶的點贊和評論：未來可期。

但也有細心的網(wǎng)友發(fā)現(xiàn)，孩子的媽媽在貼出這些手繪圖時的配文是，“從小學開始就愛亂畫，以為上了初中就不畫了，沒想到還偷偷畫。要專心學習不要再天馬行空想啦”。

在這位媽媽眼中，手繪船艦結(jié)構(gòu)圖、制作設定集這件事就是無用的。

對此，很多網(wǎng)友講述了自己或身邊的人的例子，表達了相反的看法。

大家總是喜歡問有什么意義，很多東西根本就不需要意義啊

一個同學喜歡畫畫，但爸爸不讓他畫，但他堅持了下來，老師看了他的話都說“你不用我教”

我從小就喜歡畫各種機械汽車，現(xiàn)在成了汽車設計總監(jiān)

羅賓遜爵士在《發(fā)現(xiàn)天賦》一書中也說到，許多人回顧他們的整個人生，感受不到他們的天賦是什么，不是他們沒有，而是現(xiàn)在的教育在某種程度上，使許多人遠離了自身的天賦。

一些固定思維限制了我們能看到的選擇，我們只能看到那些被認為對成功（比如考上大學）“有用”的“天賦”，而自動忽視那些“沒有用”的天賦。

但是這些“成功經(jīng)驗”只適合以前，已經(jīng)無法和當今世界的客觀世界相融合。我們必須“解放”思想，重新審視教育的目標、孩子走向成功的路徑。

條條大路通羅馬。

我們要做的，不是追尋唯一一條成功路徑，而是幫孩子找到專屬于自己的、不一樣的路口，做他們天賦的“領(lǐng)路人”，帶領(lǐng)他們穿越外界固有觀念，找到屬于自己熱愛又有感覺的暢快小世界。

當然，即使再有天賦，沒有堅持最后也將是一事無成。但是，我不會讓孩子繼續(xù)無意義甚至痛苦的堅持。所以，當大寶說不想學鋼琴，不想加入學校管弦樂團時，我毫無猶豫地答應了。既然很清楚，那些不可能成為他今后安身立命的飯碗，為啥非要死氣白咧地堅持？

不擅長但喜歡的事情，作為興趣就好，不求結(jié)果；擅長但不喜歡的事情，充其量只是備胎；擅長且喜歡的事情，才是孩子未來最好的方向。
